Delete your ThreadX account and data
ThreadX — Last updated: April 23, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your ThreadX account and the personal and business data associated with it. The same app is available on the web at https://textilecatalogue.vercel.app/ and as ThreadX on Google Play.
Fastest: If you can sign in, use Billing → Delete account in the app (steps below). That removes your account immediately after you confirm.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app
- Open ThreadX (Android) or go to https://textilecatalogue.vercel.app/ in a browser.
- Sign in with the account you want to remove.
- Open Billing from the main screen or the account menu.
- Scroll to Delete account, read the warning, and confirm. You will be asked to type DELETE to proceed.
- After confirmation, your session ends and your account data is erased from our active database.
Option 2 — Email the developer
If you cannot access the app, send an email to the developer contact address shown on the Google Play store listing for ThreadX.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request
- Include the email address registered on your ThreadX account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before we delete the account.
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days (often sooner).
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions (or via your payment method in the app) so you are not charged after deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically refund past payments.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove from our active systems, where technically feasible:
- Account profile: email, name, firm name, password
- All catalogue and design content you added (images, codes, descriptions, prices, stock, costing details, and similar fields)
- Contacts, share links, orders, drafts, and usage records stored for your account
- Billing-related identifiers we keep in our own database for that account
Public share links you created will stop working once the account is removed.
What we may retain
- Payment provider records: Our payment processor may retain transaction records under its policies and applicable law. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Legal requirements: We may retain certain information if required by law or to resolve disputes.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
Backups
Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time and is overwritten according to our hosting provider’s backup rotation, typically within up to 90 days.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can remove individual designs, catalogues, contacts, and similar content inside the app without closing your account. For data you cannot remove in the app, contact us using the same developer email as in Option 2.
