This Privacy Policy describes how ThreadX (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ThreadX mobile and web application (the “Service”), available at https://textilecatalogue.vercel.app/.

- Catalogue content: Design images, names, codes, descriptions, pricing, stock, costing details you enter, and related metadata you upload or save.
- Contacts and orders: Information you save for business use (e.g. contact names, phone numbers) and order details you or your customers submit through the Service.
- Share links: When you create share links, we process the data needed to show shared catalogues or designs to recipients you choose.
- Optional features: If you use optional tools (such as importing from cloud storage or AI-assisted features), we process the minimum data needed for those features as described in the app.
- Payment-related information: Subscription or billing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment data is subject to that provider’s privacy policy.
- Technical data: Basic device or connection data needed to operate the Service securely (e.g. authentication tokens, standard server logs).
